ABOUT THE AUTHOR
I’m Ajani Wadood. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to explore and experience a wide range of learningopportunities. As an Inclusion Support officer, Early Childhood Educator, and EarlyChildhood Teacher, my role is to support children in navigating these experiences, helping them grow to reach their highest potential. I am a registered teacher, NDIS Key Worker, cognitive behavioural therapist, and a registered counsellor. In my work, I strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment where both children and their caregivers feel empowered and understood.
By working collaboratively and using exploration-based questions, I aim to help you gain deeper insight into the unique challenges you face and find effective solutions for supporting the children who depend on us.
