Founded by Ajani Wadood, a highly experienced Early Childhood Teacher, Paediatric Counsellor, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, and former Childcare Centre Director, ELI Consultants brings over 15 years of professional expertise to the table. Ajani has a deep understanding of child development, specialising in behaviour guidance and special needs intervention. Her experience as a Childcare Centre Operations Manager for over 12 years equips her with extensive knowledge of the regulations and operational requirements of childcare services, allowing her to offer valuable insight into running effective, compliant centres.

Ajani’s career has been built on her deep commitment to supporting children and adolescents through both developmental and behavioural challenges. As an Educational Program Leader, she is well-versed in connecting early childhood programs with frameworks like the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), ensuring that children's learning is aligned with best practice.

Through our services, Ajani and the ELI Consultants team provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development to educators, childcare centre management, and parents. Our focus is on fostering supportive relationships and creating environments where both children and adults thrive.
