Enhancing Behaviour Guidance Strategies for Early Childhood Educators

This course is designed for early childhood educators and childcare professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of behaviour guidance strategies. Participants will explore the concepts of ‘rich behaviour’ within the frameworks of VEYLDF, EYLF, and NQF, and apply proactive, positive, and trauma-informed approaches. Through hands-on activities and collaborative planning, educators will learn to develop effective behaviour guidance plans, recognize triggers, and strengthen partnerships with families to promote inclusive learning environments.
